Skewers (From Frozen):
Pan: Cook in a non-stick pan on medium heat for 14–16 min, turning often.
Oven: Bake on a greased tray at 205°C (400°F) for 14–16 min, turning once.
Sauce: Place bag in hot water for 5 min, then glaze skewers to finish.
Rice & Veg (Microwave): Rinse bags under water for 10s to loosen. Empty rice and vegetables onto a plate, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover, and heat on HIGH for 3 min.
Food Safety: Keep frozen below -18°C. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Times vary by appliance. Do not refreeze.
